The Sanctuary – Safe, nurturing yoga space @ Studio 24, Branksome for Mama & Baby and Mama only sessions. A sanctuary where you feel held, as you honour and connect with your body, your baby and your growth.

Postnatal Mama & Baby Core Restore

These wonderful postnatal classes allow women to safely exercise to regain their strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with the added benefit of having their baby by their side – how divine! 

In class, we also share inspired ideas to help the Mama's with holding, carrying and engaging with their babies. Each session goes so much deeper than the physical postnatal recovery, helping with mental and emotional recovery too – encouraging Mamas to tune into the wisdom of their body and how they are feeling. Providing a space for them to share their feels and witness other Mamas share too – normalising their experience and helping put their minds at ease. 

If there are any issues that need specialist assistance outside of class, I am trained to spot them and signpost the women to the appropriate specialist. Currently I am teaching nourishing 75 minute classes at 11am every Tuesday and Thursday morning 11am morning at Studio 24 in Branksome Park, Poole.

Classes are a nourishing 75 minutes. Join us to exercise safely with your baby by your side. Studio 24 provides a glorious, calm yoga space for you to restore your core strength post birth, with your baby. Booking essential to confirm your space. Each of these specialist classes is tailored to meet your weekly needs. You are welcome from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post c-section, right up to when your baby is on the move when you can join my Mama Nourish sessions for some restorative time out! Classes are a great way to rebuild from the inside out - a gentle, safe and effective way to repair and aid recovery from pregnancy and birth, regain your fitness and strength and find some inner calm and community as you become a Mama.

Come and connect with a wonderful group of other Mamas and babies, enjoy and indulge in a nourishing 75 minutes of stretch, relaxation and connection with your baby! Perfectly safe exercise and great for those new to Yoga, those who are familiar with the practice and well practiced Yogis! 

PLEASE KNOW that there is no pressure or expectation for babies to be quiet in class – babies are often noisy and we learn to find our calm through the chaos. ALL is welcome & the space will aways be held with grace for you – some weeks your babes might even sleep all the way through & others they’ll need more of your attention. Whilst there are certainly and understandably more poonamis, sick, and crying than in our pregnancy class, 95% of the time we have a peaceful Savasana – as though the babies feel the zen yoga effect and soak up some chill at the end with their restful Mamas. Please join us each week, however you are feeling and I promise you’ll feel better when you leave  - we’ve got you Mama!

Block of 5 classes £70 and the 5 week focus is on CORE RESTORE work and include a breathwork video for you to practice the core response breathing from home, in between classes. Block of 10 discount package available too, saving of £20 - classes to be used within 12 weeks of booking date. £15 drop option may be available if there is room in the block booking schedule - I will let you know each week on our Mamas Whats App group (text me on 07775 627809 if you are not on our lovely group but would like to be!)

Devoted to Mamas with babes of 6 months and over, up to any age babe! This is your weekly practice designed especially for YOU, blending classical yoga with somatic movements to lift your spirits and restore your energy levels. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your physical, mental, and emotional needs as you evolve as a Mama — helping you find balance, restore energy, and reconnect.
