I discovered the power of Hypnobirthing with the birth of my fourth baby — and my only regret is not finding it sooner.

My first three births were filled with fear, anxiety, and the feeling of being a patient within the system rather than an empowered birthing mama. Of course I was deeply grateful for my healthy children, and I quietly longed for a birth experience where I felt calm, empowered, and connected to the process.

For my fourth and last birth, I decided things would be different. I committed to Hypnobirthing and set the intention to replace the familiar fear–tension cycle with a relaxation–opening cycle, approaching birth from a place of faith instead of fear.

Even when my waters broke and I needed to be induced, I stayed committed to the practice. Using the breathing techniques, visualisations, and relaxation tools I had learned, I laboured calmly and reached 10cm dilation using these techniques alone, only asking for gas and air during transition.

I felt completely present, deeply connected to my body, and in awe of its strength. My midwife turned away for a moment and when she turned back she exclaimed, “She’s out!” — I had instinctively followed my body and birthed my daughter myself.

It was the birth experience I had always hoped for.

As I held my baby in my arms, I knew one thing for certain — I wanted other women to experience this too.

Because birth is something we remember with incredible clarity for the rest of our lives. It becomes a story we carry with us and impacts our confidence as we become a Mama.

Birth Trauma and Fear Release

Sometimes birth, pregnancy, or early parenthood doesn’t unfold the way we hoped. When experiences feel frightening, overwhelming, or out of our control, they can leave a lasting emotional imprint.  

If you’re replaying what happened, feeling anxious, numb, or struggling to move forward, you are not alone — and gentle support can help.  

These 1-2-1 Birth Trauma Release sessions offer a safe, calming space to help your mind and body process difficult experiences from pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or life events. They can also help release fears about an upcoming birth.  

This guided process helps your subconscious mind reorganise and re-file the memory, so you can keep the wisdom from your experience while letting go of the emotional triggers that keep you stuck. 

Parents often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace after the sessions — with many describing the experience as truly transformational.

These sessions may help if you:  

• Feel upset or distressed when thinking about your birth 

• Experienced fear, loss of control, or felt unheard during pregnancy or birth

We settle the nervous system with a guided relaxation. You may share your experience if you wish — but you don’t have to.  

Session 2 (1 hour)

We guide your mind through a powerful process that helps re-encode the experience so the emotional charge softens while the learning remains.  

Session 3 (30 minutes)

We focus on the future, helping you move forward feeling calmer, stronger, and more at ease.  

You’ll also receive guided audio recordings to support your healing between sessions and beyond.
