Pregnancy is the first time that many women look within. There is incredible new life growing inside you and much of your attention and focus is inwards.
This is such a perfect time to connect with your true essence, work out who you are, what lights you up and what kind of Mama you wish to become.
Pregnancy Yoga is the PERFECT exercise in pregnancy, gifting you precious time and space to honour your connection to self, your breath and your baby.

Tuning into, and listening to your intuition brings you the deepest wisdom and empowers you to make the right decisions.
Connecting amidst Mama community each week with up to 13 pregnant goddesses gathered in our studio feels so supportive. You are free to speak from your heart and release what needs releasing.
Creating and nurturing this glorious connection with yourself and fellow Mamas in pregnancy, prepares you beautifully as you transition to Mamahood.
Our Pregnancy Yoga Birth Preparation sessions are educational, down to earth, personalised, fun, dynamic and nourishing. You are welcome to join us from 15 weeks pregnant and let the yoga help you embrace your changing body, prepare for birth and make wonderful friends. These classes have helped 1000s of women in Poole & Bournemouth enjoy more positive & empowering experiences during pregnancy, birth and life as a new Mama - through yoga, movement, mindfulness, relaxation and education. Each class is tailored to the clients in class, so each Mama feels seen, heard, acknowledged and gets direct, personal benefit from each session.
As your Matrescence mentor, I am a Mama of 4 and 4x Natural Birther with 400hr training as yoga teacher and 1000s of additional hours teaching. My specialism is in pre and postnatal yoga, and I’m a fully qualified Antenatal, Birth Preparation & Hypnobirthing teacher and NLP Coach. This combination of expert knowledge and devotion to you connecting with your power is woven through our sessions.
We share tried & tested essential birthing techniques, from movements and mindset to breathing and relaxation - helping you enjoy your pregnancy more, prepare for labour and birth with confidence and:
✨Relieve common pregnancy pains, ailments and aches, from sciatica to pelvic girdle pain, heartburn to back pain
✨Gives you the best night’s sleep of the week, so you wake up refreshed, energised and ready to go
✨Guides you to evidence based yoga practices proven to reduces stress, anxiety and fear
✨Gives you a space to meet other lovely Mamas-to-be to build that much needed community and support network around you
New to yoga? Then it is best to wait until reach 15/16 weeks before starting class. At this point you’ll likely will feel more energised and are safely through your first trimester. You can then practice right up to full term, or beyond if you go overdue. Regular practice ensures all the breathing, movements, mindset and relaxation practices you will learn become second nature, ready for you to use when you give birth.
If you are a practicing yogi and wish to start classes earlier, just contact me directly to check in. If you have any health concerns, please check in with your doctor or midwife that you are ok to practice before booking in.
Join us every Monday & Wednesday Evening @ 6pm for 75 min nourishing classes @ Studio 24, Branksome Park, BH13 6JN. You can use the button below to book 👇🏼 - we operate on a block booking basis as we often run at capacity - £70 for 5 classes with 6 weeks to use and £130 for 10 classes with 12 weeks to use. If your baby arrives before you have had a chance to use your block, we simply press pause and transfer them to Mama & Baby yoga - where you are welcome from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean birth. 👼🏻
