The Birth, Baby & Parent Preparation Course for new parents
Holistic, Empowering Birth Prep. Expect in-depth, informative & inspiring education and nurturing training. Leave equipped with all you need to know about how to access and ‘fuel up’ your incredible BIRTH POWER and have a positive birth in any birth scenario. All the tools and techniques to guide your birth in the direction YOU choose. Guidance on how to prepare for Birth, Baby and Becoming Parents whether it is first or subsequent pregnancy. VERY interactive course which brings wonderful connection with other lovely parents to be!
£230 per couple, face to face in Branksome Park, Poole, Dorset. Discounted to £205 for my Yoga Mamas. 8.5 hours of face to face training, with additional video and audio support up to your birth. Also running at the same time over Zoom for any couples who can’t physically attend.

Plan to attend the course ideally between 20-34 weeks as this gives you all the information you need as pregnancy progresses, helping you to make your best informed decisions along the way. You also have plenty of time to benefit from the deeply relaxing practices as you approach birth. Don't worry if you have left it later than this - we will do our best to squeeze you in & some practice is better than none!

Yoga for Birth Workshop
Holistic, Empowering Birth Prep for you & your partner - this will not have been part of your standard Antenatal Course and WILL make a hugely POSITIVE difference to your birth experience.
These are 2 hour sessions are held regularly. You are welcome from 20 weeks pregnant. The skills shared will really deepen the relaxation you can benefit from in pregnancy. £45 per couple, face to face in the beautiful, warm & cosy Studio 24 in Branksome Park, Poole, Dorset. VERY relaxing for you Mamas-to-be and we put your birth partners to work with loads of practical tips and tools to massively uplevel their support in the birth room!

Our focus will be on “Yoga For Birth” a practical guide for Active Birth where you & your partner will learn:
~ how to breathe for & through efficient and effective contractions
~ how to rest optimally in between to boost your energy
~ powerful positions & movements to help get your baby in a optimal position, create more space in your pelvis & facilitate smoother births
~ includes biomechanic for birth practices (ie: what moves to do when labour stalls or babies get stuck to help things progress)
~ plus lovely partner massage and rebozo massage to help you deeply relax in pregnancy and help nudge babies out
